– IT operation activities for a Telco customer

– The requested profile will be responsible for communicating with the customer.

– Assisting the customer in day-to-day operations

  • Veritas Storage Foundation
  • Veritas Infoscale Enterprise
  • Veritas Volume Manager / File System
  • RHEL 7/8
  • Oracle Solaris

  • Request and Incident management with Service Now product.
  • Management of critical environments
  • Upgrade and management product
  • Implementation of operational plans
  • Installation Veritas Infoscale Product
  • Open Critical Case with the Vendor Support
  • Out of hours activities
  • Availability shifts

Nice To Have :

  • Linux and network skills required
  • Virtualization ( Vmware – Oracle Linux ) service management skills required
  • Storage basic skills required
  • Problem solving and teamwork skills
