CSC – Customer Support Center

We are looking for Junior resources who would like to begin their journey in the IT world to be included in our NGMS (ServiceDesk) as part of the Customer Support Center.



Required Skills:

  • Passion and interest in the IT world
  • Problem solving and teamwork skills
  • Availability to work 24/7 shifts

Task and Activities :

  • First level support in NGMS (ServiceDesk) services
  • Communication with customers
  • Ticket opening in technical areas
  • Responsible for the monitoring part

Nice To Have:

  • Technical/IT related diploma
  • A good knowledge of spoken and written English
