  • We faced very hard challenges where most of the time we succeded but sometime we failed. Everytime we learned something and everytime every sorintian acted to make the difference. Because this means to BUILD OUR OWN FUTURE.
  • We identified areas of improvement of our offering, processes, approaches, methodologies… and we started reviewing them.
  • To make our own future.
  • We have to apply discipline in every customer interaction.
  • We improved the context analisys of opportunities and customer needs but a lot of work has to be done…

Sircle is a team with a purpose to achieve with passion, responsibility and creativity!

Sircle act describes the roles that enable the Sircle to achieve its goals.

SIRCLE PURPOSE makes the Sircle move, can change over time and is composed of Mission and Goals to be achieved.

VALUE PROPOSITION indicates what is offered, what problems are being solved and the elements that differentiate the proposals of SORINT and its SIRCLE from other similar ones.

DOMAIN – Technical, Geographical and Customer Focus where the Sircle moves and creates value

ENGAGEMENT RULES when the Sircle is hired during the life cycle of the service offer to customers.

SIRCLE’S CORE ROLES

Accademier

The Sircle contact for any members’ training activity. The Academier helps to create and manage a training path for each member, in collaboration with Academia.

Engager

The Sircle contact for qualifyng the opportunities (from external and internal customers). The Engager helps writing the SOWs (StateOfWorks), other technical documents and the required skills to complete the activity.

Planner

The Sircle contact for activity scheduling in Sram. In case a colleague has a period without any workload, the Planner can report the situation to the Sirele Leader in order to relocate him/her to a new project.

Reporter

The Sircle’s “communicator”, he/she takes care of sharing the latest news from and to SORINT (for example the release of a new application) via Floating Point or #general chat on weTalk.

Security Enabler

The Sircle contact that ensures SORINT’s personal data are kept correctly. The Security Enabler helps installing OSQuery, reports virus/malwares news and creates, awareness about important topics (remember to do not leave unattended computers logged in, do not keep passwords written on sheets, do not share password)

Talent Handler

“connected” with HR, he/she helps colleagues to find the best candidate to offer in case of a client project, has interviews with new candidates and ensure sircle’s resumés are updated regularly.

The organization in “Sprint,” was introduced in SORINT.lab in the last two years during the pandemic to respond to a scenario that changed traditional time scales and led to an organization of work no longer based on rigid time scans, such as quarters or semesters, but on goals to be achieved, while also considering the social and economic context. An approach that once again puts people at the center.
