In this practice-oriented course you will learn how to make the most of Java’s standard APIs, build application components, and orchestrate them correctly. Theoretical elements about Java APIs will be introduced: date and time manipulation, collections, lambda expressions, input/output from filesystems, localization and internationalization. Students will be guided through the process of writing an application from scratch, starting with a defined project and working step by step to complete the various modules.
