3° module (Backup)

  • Definition of backup policies, configuration of backups for environments (e.g., FRA, ZFSS, etc.), monitoring, and troubleshooting.

4° module (Restore&Recovery)

  • Definitions and overview, preparation of restore environments, management of restore tests, restore and recovery methods (e.g., databases, tables, etc.), definition of RTO and RPO, troubleshooting.

5° module (Performance & Tuning)

  • Definitions and Concepts: Performance and Tuning, query analysis, interpretations and insights on AWR and ASH, SQL profiles and useful tools (toolkit) for DBAs.

6° module (Performance & Tuning)

  • Analysis and Troubleshooting: presentation of use cases, best practices, STS and RAT.
