SORINT.lab US is seeking for a passionate Senior Linux System Engineer consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate is Positive, team focused, proactive and motivated to help our Enterprise customers to design, implement, configure, tune and run infrastructures. This person will have opportunities to experiment with and implement new technologies across entire architectures. You will have to learn quickly new skills and creative solutions. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be open-mind to find solution and try new technologies.
As a Sr Linux system engineer and depending on your specific background, in SORINT you will act as:
IT automation Engineer (working with Ansible / Puppet / Chef / Satellite / Scripting / …)
and/or
Cloud Engineer (working with Docker / k8s / RH Openshift / AWS / …)
with the option to learn the requested skills and to achieve certifications to do both!
Open position in Boston (must be qualified to work in the US), could be necessary travel to the customer office.
Attributes to success:
- You’ve solid experience and knowledge of Linux/UNIX environment and networking/communication protocols
- You’re excited to experiment, learn, try, debug and troubleshoot all levels of software stacks.
- You’re automated everything using Python, Scripts, Go, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, …
- You’re worked with AWS or another cloud provider.
- You’re worked with Containers (Docker Swarm), Containers Orchestration (Kubernetes) and Openshift
Your background could include:
3+ years in tech and experience in:
A Linux systems administration role, and enjoy automating tools.
A DevOps or SRE role.
A non-traditional career path that includes substantial experience with the skills above.
