INTRODUCING A NEW DIGITAL CULTURE

The lack of digital skills is one of the many obstacles that can be encountered  throughout the journey towards Digital Transformation: focusing on skills and talents  has therefore become a strategic priority and business necessity.

In addition to the need for continuous updates on technologies and tools, there is a need to introduce new methodologies that require a radical change both in the corporate culture and in the reorganization of skills: the goal is to create organizations that self-evolve through continuous transformation, in which qualified teams must work together to ensure scalability and respond quickly to business demands.

Academia team supports customers in all the stages necessary for the adoption of a new digital culture: the introduction and deepening of new concepts, methodologies, the development of new skills, support for the start of new projects, the creation and coordination of work teams. Thanks to our direct experience in the design and management of complex projects, we are able to develop effective targeted and personalized paths.

Digital Transformation requires methodological, architectural and infrastructural changes. Our workshops introduce participants to Devops culture and agile principles. The first objective is to create a real digital culture and a link between Business and IT, to facilitate a deep and adequate understanding of the new models. We help development and operations teams work together on SRE, Full Stack development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Our orientation sessions provide a comprehensive overview of emerging technologies and platforms and provide the tools needed to assess the business models to be adopted.

We design custom training courses by topic and level according to the customer’s strategic objectives. Our experienced and qualified teachers combine deep technical and product knowledge with direct experience in the development and management of complex projects.

The lack of digital skills has become one of the biggest challenges for businesses. Organisations must enter into the perspective of developing new digital skills within them. In addition to supporting customers in the mapping of internal skills, we support them by inserting roles with digital focus and transferring new skills to traditional roles.

We combine the analysis of internal skills with the development of training courses tailored to individual needs to create new autonomous teams and digital skills.

We organize team training activities to support customer teams in the start-up phase of new internal projects focused on team working and agile methodology.

Dedicated tutors collaborate with the development team to set up the adoption plan of the new methodologies and create collaboration tools (Slack, Kanban, Wiki, blog,…). At the initial phase of support at the customer’s premises, there are regular stand-ups to coordinate the team’s activities, verify the progress of the project, solve any difficulties encountered and plan the next steps.
